Pay Where You Shop
Our new PayGo program allows members who want to pay their bill with cash to pay at local retailers Dollar General, Family Dollar and CVS Pharmacy. Members will need a barcode to show the store cashier at checkout. You can access the barcode by clicking on the blue "Get Barcode" button at the top of the homepage of our website. It will also be located on the bottom of backpage of your bill statement each month.
Pea River Electric Mobile App
Download our mobile app from the app store on your phone (available for iPhone and Android) and view your accounts, view your bills, make secure payments directly from your mobile device, view your payment history, modify or maintain your subscriptions for alerts and reminders, and contact us via email or phone.
Pay your bill through our website at www.peariver.com. Look for the Pay My Bill button on the homepage. You can also choose the option to go paperless and receive your bill by e-mail each month.

Pay by Automated Phone System
Pea River members can pay their bill over the telephone at 800-264-7732 with no waiting using our automated telephone attendant, which will give you a list of options when you call our office. You can pay by check, debit card or Visa, Discover or Mastercard.
Automatic Bank Draft
Just a few easy steps and your payment can be deducted from your checking account each month. Members who pay their bill by bank draft will receive a monthly statement indicating the amount to be drafted from their account.
Levelized billing is designed to eliminate the drastic fluctuations in your monthly electric bill. Even though your bill will vary month to month, it will be based on an average monthly kilowatt hour usage. This reduces the extreme bills you experience in the summer and winter.
Levelized billing is a great program alone or used in conjunction with the Bank Draft Direct Payment Plan.
For those of you unable to drive to the cooperative office to pay your electric bill, the following locations in Barbour, Dale and Henry counties are available for your convenience to make your monthly payments:

- The Peoples Bank - Clio
- The Utility Clearing House - Ft. Rucker
- PeoplesSouth Bank - Headland
- J.P.'s General Store - Abbeville
- Troy Bank and Trust- Ariton
We also offer a night depository located next to our front office entrance. You may drop off payments anytime day or night at our office located at 1311 W. Roy Parker Rd. in Ozark.
*Please note: If payment is made after 5:00 p.m. central time on the due date, late fees will be added to the account on the next business day. Also, all payment arrangements as well as disconnects, must be handled by speaking directly with a customer service representative during normal business hours, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
