Satisfaction Survey is Underway

For the last several months, our power supplier, PowerSouth Energy Cooperative, has been compiling information to conduct a residential satisfaction survey.  PowerSouth partnered with Inside Information, Inc. of Kansas City, MO to actually conduct the survey on behalf of their member systems, including Pea River Electric. A random sampling of our members will be contacted in the next few weeks to participate in the survey.  Participants will be given the option to complete the survey online.  Or for those who would rather participate in the survey by phone, that will be an option as well.  We would like to thank you in advance for your willingness to participate. The survey is designed to help us gauge how well we are serving our members and to determine if there are any areas in which we need to improve.  It is designed to give results and trend comparisons in the following areas:
Member attitudes and perceptions toward the co-op

  • Member satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perception on energy efficiency, renewable energy and environmental issues
  • Potential opportunities for new product/service offerings
  • Use of technology/personal communication opportunities.
  • Demographics
